Dr Karl Najjar is a highly experienced obstetrician, having managed thousands of pregnancies and deliveries ranging from normal to extremely complicated.
Dr Najjar’s philosophy supports natural labour as much as possible while having the skills and expertise to manage any complication or emergency that may arise.
You and your partner will have the opportunity to make your own choices and a considered birth plan. As you progress through the stages of pregnancy, Dr Karl and his antenatal team will take the utmost care of you and your baby. Phoning the rooms to ask any questions is always encouraged. Dr Karl wants you to enjoy your journey to parenthood.
CONSULTATIONS DURING PREGNANCY
If you have a normal uncomplicated pregnancy, after your initial consultation you’ll see Dr Karl every four weeks until 28 weeks, then every two weeks until 36 weeks, then weekly until delivery. In twin, multiple or complicated pregnancies, visits are determined by medical necessity.
